How to Order

  1. Call and tell us the saddle style you are interested in.

  2. Send a $500.00 initial deposit and we will ship an EQUImeasure kit to you to make a custom mold of your horse's back. The $500.00 deposit will lock in your saddle's price for 6 months.

  3. Carefully read all of the EQUImeasure instructions and form the plastic sheet to your horse's back.

  4. Ship the form back to us with all the notations, measurements and photographs that are necessary for us to do the best job possible for you.

    When your form reaches our shop we will measure it and order your tree. Manufacturing time for your tree alone will be from 6 to 16 weeks depending on the tree makers building schedule. We will check his schedule when we talk with you.

  5. When your tree reaches our shop we will check it against your form and shim with leather if necessary for a truly custom fit.

    At this time an additional $500.00 installment will be needed to put your saddle on our building schedule. Once your saddle is on our building schedule we can give you a time frame for completion.

  6. Final payment will be due at the time of completion.

International Orders

Must be paid with a money order or cashier's check drawn on a U.S bank account.

Warranty Policy

We will repair or replace any item with defects in material or craftsmanship for one full year from purchase, assuming normal usage.

All saddletrees have a 5-year warranty from the tree manufacturer, under normal usage.
